Cad programmer with 20 years extensive knowledge and experience in the sheet metal field.
Information can be supplied in formats ranging from paper to DWG, DXF and even the old-fashioned ‘fag packet’ method!

CNC Punching

We have 4 CNC punching machines, of which 3 have full auto index stations.
This enables us to produce almost any shape accurately and repetitively.
We have a vast range of tooling which means tooling charges are kept to a minimum…….
All machines are manned by our highly skilled and experienced setters/operators.

CNC Folding

All of our folding machines are equipped with full CNC controllers.
This enables us to produce folded parts quickly and accurately

Fasteners

We have both manual and bowl-fed inserting machines.
These are capable of inserting a vast range of fasteners ranging from male studs to any kind of female fastener.

Welding

We have 3 spot welding machines capable of welding all types and thickness of materials.
Accompanying these are Tig, Mig and Plasma welding plants.

Finishing

Powder coating/ Plating/ Polishing all available through local, reliable sub-contractors

Silk Screening

Full in-house silk screening facility

Assembly


Fully equipped, dedicated assembly facility bringing together sheet metal parts, plastics, fasteners, electrical components etc

Full in-house quality control and tracking facility

Prompt & reliable carriers used for national package and pallet deliveries.
Own vehicles also available for local and national deliveries.
